At the end of each semester, an evaluation of each course and each teacher is carried out by the postgraduate students.
A. Evaluation by the responsible and teaching professors
The responsible and teaching professors, after the end of each period of implementation of the proposed program, deliver a report with their observations per taught course and subject and suggestions for improving the program.
B. Evaluation by students
The Postgraduate Students, after the end of each period of application to the proposed program, submit an anonymous completed questionnaire to the Secretariat of the program regarding the content of each course, the way it is taught and examined by the teacher, comments for its improvement and its evaluation with a given scale.
C. Evaluation of the programme by internal and external evaluators
Upon completion of the first study cycle, there will be an evaluation of the programme. Two committees will be appointed, an internal one consisting of five faculty members of the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly and an external one also consisting of five members, scientists widely recognized by the academic, scientific, and research community as well as by production, who will be invited to draft report with the opinions, observations and recommendations for the programme.
In 2011 (prot. no. 1763/28.11.2011 ADIP document), the external evaluation of the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly was completed.
D. Methodology for implementing the conclusions of the evaluation for the continuous improvement of the quality of the P.M.S.
All evaluation documents will be considered by the evaluation committee and corrective changes will be made – where possible – for the following academic year.
