The programme “Current Prevention and Treatment of Pediatric Diseases" will employ faculty members of the Department of Medicine and other departments of the University of Thessaly or other University Departments of the country or lecturers of similar institutions abroad. The lecturers will be faculty members of the relevant department and faculty members of other departments.
The teaching assignment process is carried out by Assembly following the proposal of C.C. The selection criteria of the teachers are the assessment of the relevance of their scientific status and their research interest to the subject of the MSc.
Supervisors
The coordination committee, following an application by the candidate, in which the proposed title of the thesis is indicated, the proposed supervisor and a summary of the proposed thesis is attached, designates a faculty member as their supervisor and sets up the three-member examination committee for the approval of the thesis, one of the members of which is also the supervisor. In order for the work to be approved, the student must defend it before the examination committee. Postgraduate diploma theses, once approved by the examination committee, must be posted on the MSc website.
The maximum number of these supervisors is set to seven students per supervisor.
