Every Master's Student (MS) is obliged to prepare a Master's Thesis. The subject of the Diploma Thesis will be chosen during the 2nd or 3rd semester of the courses by the postgraduate student in collaboration with the Supervising Professor and will be submitted to the S.E. to be approved. Once approved, the Supervising Professor will be responsible for monitoring the PhD project and together with the other members of the Three-member Examining Committee will approve the Thesis, which the candidate will publicly support.
Awarding of Postgraduate Diploma
Students who have successfully completed their obligations the title of Master's Degree "CURRENT PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF PEDIATRIC DISEASES” is awarded
The certification of diploma holders is done by the Dean's Office of the School of Health Sciences, in the presence of a representative of the Rector's Authorities. The type of Postgraduate Diploma and the text of the certification of diploma holders is determined according to the decision of the Senate of the University of Thessaly.
The Postgraduate Program awards a Postgraduate Diploma (MSc in Current Prevention and Management of Pediatric Diseases) after full and successful completion of the studies based on the curriculum. The total number of credits (ECTS) required to obtain the Postgraduate Diploma (M.D.S.) is one hundred and twenty (120) ECTS.
